Gary Sinise Kim Sang Jung
Mckenna Boyd Taylor II is a person with a strong sense of justice, he considers as his priority the honor of his country through his military service (in the marines), the safety of his city through his work at CSI, and the integrity of his lab being where he is very strict and protective of his team. He believes in following the evidence more than in the intuition, his sense of justice and his fierce looks, tall figure and strong body makes him the perfect leader of the CSI team.
Talking about the strong sense of justice I immediately thought of Kim Sang Jung and his role as Lee Jin-Pyo from City Hunter where he plays the role of an agent of the Blue House (parallel to the White House) after going to a uncover mission where after accomplished it he and his comrades were betrayed by his own country, as the only survivor he swears vendetta over those who betrayed his comrades and betrayed the principles of Korea. Even when the vendetta he was trying to make is not correct at all, he is a person who his strong willing to make his country free of those who betrayed not only his team, they also committed many injustices with the Korean people. Also with his experience as an agent and his fierce looks, he fits the image of a good leader for an important agency of criminal investigation as the CSI.
Melina Kanakaredes Ha Ji Won
The character of Stella Bonasera is as Mac Taylor‘s second-in-command. She is portrayed as a character with a strong personality, and her unflagging determination to solve a crime makes her an excellent agent, her past includes the loss of her parents what makes her empathize with the victims, she also has a good relationship with her team, as an experienced agent and person she looks out for them when they are in need, also her figure fits the image of a strong and beautiful woman who is ready for any kind of risk or task.
Talking about a strong and kind personality at the same time I can Ha Ji Won would be perfect for the role, she is an excellent actress as she has showed us her actin skills in her role in Secret Garden as Gil Ra Im were she played as an stunt woman, she also was in charge of training the new stunt team, in her role she takes her job very seriously, she is strict but also care about her team and their problems or mistakes as hers, making her a good sunbae nim. As Melina Kanakaedes, Ha Ji Won has an amazing body figure that fits the image of a strong police woman.
Eddie Cahill Choi Siwon
Flack is a homicide detective who is portrayed as the muscle and handsome guy, with a strong determination to take down suspects, doesn’t matter what it takes, he has the condition to chase them under risky circumstances, he is the link between the FBI and the CSI team, he trusts them and respect them as he is aware of their effectivity also he defends them when his colleagues are skeptical of their methods.
Talking about muscle and handsome Korean guy, Siwon fits in perfectly. Also he has some experience about action drama playing as Kim Joon Ho in Athena: Goddess of War where he is part of the team of the National Security Agency. Also Choi Siwon has showed us many times in all his dramas and movies that he is not just a body or a handsome guy, he is very serious and plays his roles doing his best. Also by being part of the cast will bring high popularity to the show.
Hill Harper Choi MinHo
At first Hawkes started as the medical examiner in the team, but as a prodigy child and ex-surgeon he soon moves to the field and shows the team his excellent capacity and passion and he soon is fully part of the CSI team, his personality is good, he is well liked by his colleagues specially with Danny Messer with who shares a friendly relationship. Although he has let his personal life interfere with his work on several occasions, he still maintains good working relationships with the rest of the team, especially his supervisor Mac. Physically he is a young and good looking agent, also has the looks of someone clever.
Even though Minho just recently debuted as an actor in the movie The pianist he has natural acting skill and his personality is serious and responsible, also he has the looks of a smart guy who can easily plays as a prodigy ex-surgeon and be part of the team, with an amiable character and good looks he can be the perfect Korean Hawkes. (I want to add that I chose him because even though he is so young I was impressed by his natural acting skills also this could give him more experience and a chance to enter fully into the acting world).
Carmine Giovinazzo Bae Soo Bin
He usually is seen as a playboy, he has an intellectual and good looks what makes him charming and popular with girls. As the others members of the team he is very capable and takes his job very seriously, sometimes Danny has a tendency to follow his intuition when solving a case, rather than relying on the evidence, for which Mac has criticized him. His personality tends to be suspicious, though he gets along well with the rest of the CSI team. Detective Don Flack is one of the few people he truly confides in. He comes to treat Mac as a father figure. Danny is particularly sensitive when it comes to suspects who act out on the loss of a loved one.
For the character of someone with an air of a playboy and intellectual-handsome looks, I thought of Bae Soo Bin, who is an excellent actor who can make you hate him or love him (as Kang MinHo in 49 days and as Park Joon Sae in Shining Inheritance) also this will give him a new experience to improve his acting skills because he has never played into an action drama or movie.
