The Brazilian concert, in which B2ST’s Lee Gi Kwang performed in a wheelchair, will air on TV.
Mnet’s Boom the K-pop will air the first K-pop concert in South America, which was held on December 13 in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Singers, including, 4minute, B2ST, and G.NA, from Cube Entertainment attended the concert. The show will air on December 29 at 7:30 p.m.
The singers were warmly received at the Airport. Lee, however, moved the fans to tears because he had to perform in a wheelchair in account of his injured legs.
The show will air the fans, who cried uncontrollably when they spotted Lee at the Airport. The behind the scene story about Lee regarding his wheelchair bound performance will also air on the show.
DJ Masa, a.k.a., the ‘Missionary of K-pop,’ will also appear on the show. According to the production crew, it was hard to find K-pop albums in Sau Paulo’s stores. Brazilian fans, who sing K-pop songs very well, were listening to the songs online. Among those songs, DJ Masa’s K-pop remixes are very popular.
