Actress Park Eun Bin was recently cast in Operation Love and she will play opposite Yoo Seung Ho.
On December 28, the production crew for general service channel TV Chosun’s series Operation Love, said, “Park will play the role of Yoo’s first love.”
The series, which will air in February of next year, is the remake of the Japanese TV series, Operation Love, which aired in 2007. The series, which is a fantasy and romantic drama, is about a man who travels through time to succeed in his first love.
Park will play the role of Ham Ee Seul, Kang Baek Ho (played by Yoo)’s first love. They went to the same elementary school, middle school, high school and university. Ham thinks that Kang is the only man for her but she wasn’t able to express her feelings and marries to another man.
Since Park and Yoo will appear on the series as a couple, many people are eagerly anticipating the series. They have performed together on MBC’s series The Legend in 2007, Queen Seondeok in 2009, and on a music video for Taeyeon of SNSD’s song “Like a Star.”
A video of a commercial, in which they appeared together when they were a little boy and a girl, was recently released and drew a lot of attention.
