After four years, SM Entertainment is again releasing a winter album for its fans, entitle ‘The Warmest Gift’. This album is quite special because all SM’s renowned artists has participated in it. Artists like Kangta, BoA, TVXQ!, TRAX, THE GRACE DANA & SUNDAY, Super Junior, Girls’ Generation, SHINee, f(x), Zhang Li Yin and J-min has recorded songs of their style.
‘The Warmest Gift’ include 11 song, among them 7 are new songs and 4 are famous Christmas carols and winter song.
As this album is especial gift of Christmas so the title song is about Santa, ‘Santa You are the One’, sung bySuper Junior. It is cute song about how Santa add more joy and happiness to Christmas environment for all, and Super Junior’s cheerful voices will add more jolliness to it.
TVXQ has sung the traditional ‘Sleigh Ride‘ with light swing rhythm with powerful orchestra to describe excitement of Christmas. Whereas Shinee, keeping their powerful and trantic personality, has recorded the ‘Last Christmas‘ which is a electronic dance number.
SNSD with their cute and happy personality has sung ‘Diamond‘ and a song from their first album ‘Stand up‘.f(x), on the other hand, has sung ‘1.2.3‘ which is a cheerful and bubbly song like fx’ previous ones.
Album includes SM’s senior singers BoA and Kangta also with songs ‘Distance‘ and ‘For the First Time‘ respectively.
Album’s only english number is TRAX‘ english version of ‘Like a Dream‘. J-min has record his voice for the remake of ‘Happy X-mas‘. The grace’ Dana & Sunday has sung pop ballad ‘Amazing‘ whereas Zhang Li Yenhas recorded ‘The First Noel‘
‘The Warmest Gift’ is expected to receive huge response from fans, since all famous artists’ voice is packed in one album. It will release on 13 December and on 14 December in Japan.
