Movie The Unjust, wins three awards

Director Ryu Seung Wan’s The Unjust received three awards: Best Movie Awards, Best Director Awards, and Best Screenplay Awards.

On November 25 at 9:00 p.m, The Unjust got a triple crown at The 32nd Blue Dragon Awards which took place in Kyung Hee University. Since director Ryu went on a business trip, his wife Kang Hae Jung received the awards instead. Representative Kang stated, “I am against all the ‘unjust’ in the world. Thus, I am against Korea-US FTA.”

War of the Arrows received five awards: Best Actor Awards, Best Supporting Actor Awards, Best Rookie Director Awards, Best Technology Awards, and Most Admission Awards.

Park Hae Il received the Best Actor Award. After receiving the Grand Bell Awards, he was nominated as the best actor. Kim Ha Neul of Blind received the Best Actress Awards after competing with Tang Wei of Late Autumn.

Ryu Seung Ryong was nominated as the best supporting actor. This was the first time that Ryu received an award at a Film Awards. As for the best supporting actress, Kim Soo Mi had the honor. It has been five years since Kim received an award at a Film Festival.

Direcotr Yoon Sung Hyun was nominated as the best rookie director. Director Yoon received various awards in BIFF and other Film Awards with his movie, Bleak Night.
