Movie director’s Park Chan Wook’s Oldboy is listed on top 100 movies by a popular British movie magazine.
On the 17th, British Total Film revealed “Totalfim.com’s 100 Favourite Movies.” Oldboy from the year 2003 was found on the list as the only Korean movie.
Total Film commented, “Actor Choi Min Shik’s acting throughout the movie is outstanding. Its filming, editing, and sound have the best quality. Two words for the movie: It’s opera.”
Movies on the list are from various genres such as classic, SF, action, and animation including, Alien, Peter Shaffer’s Amadeus, AMelie Of Montmartre, Armageddon, Back To The Future, Black Swan, Bonnie And Clyde, Carrie, Casino Royale, Citizen Kane, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, Dark Night, The Departed, The Exorcist, Fight Club, Finding Nemo, Inception, Independence Day, Iron Man, Jurassic Park, Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas, and No Country For Old Men.
