G-Dragon approved right away when Jung Hyung Don asked him to be on ‘Weekly Idol’

YG Entertainment's Yang Hyun-suk willingly approved of Jung Hyung-don casting G-Dragon.

Yang Hyun-suk CEO recently confessed, "G-Dragon told me that Jung Hyung-don asked him to appear in MBC every1 'Weekly Idol' and I willingly approved. As far as I know G-Dragon also said yes right away when he was asked."

He added "Actually, YG family never appeared in 'Weekly Idol' before, but since Jung Hyung-don personally asked G-Dragon's casting, I also approved."

He did not hide his affection towards Jung Hyung-don, "I am a fan of 'Infinite Challenge' and I liked Jung Hyung-don since he appeared in KBS 2TV 'Gag Concert' so I was kind of pleased to hear he asked G-Dragon to appear on 'Weekly Idol'."

G-Dragon previously garnered attention with the news that he will be appearing in 'Weekly idol'. Especially since it's with Jung Hyung-don, who is G-Dragon's parter in 'Infinite Challenge Music Festival'.

The 'Weekly Idol' episode in which G-Dragon is appearing will be aired in November.
