Gummy's Music Video to Take Part at Major Short Film Festival


Singer Gummy's music video that released in Japan will be played at one of the most prestigious international short film festivals in Asia.
On May 10, YG Entertainment announced, "Gummy's second Japanese mini album Fate that was released in April has been invited to partake at 'Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia' which takes place on May 23 in Japan. 'Fate-Special Film' will be played at the festival, representing the 'Music Shorts Category' along with Japanese artists like AI and Kumi Koda.
'Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia' is the largest international short film festival in Asia. First launched by Japanese actor Bessho Tetsuya back in 1999, the renowned festival has been accredited by the Academy Awards since.
Gummy's music video featuring Tanimura Mitsuki and Okada Yoshinori is a drama about the lives of people who have come to accept their less-than-perfect fates and continue to live in love.
Gummy, who is in her 10th year as an artist, has been actively performing in Korea and Japan. She will hold a concert in Sapporo, Japan on May 18 and appear at Tokyo's 'All Mix Festival' on May 19.
