Actor Lee Ki Woo Cast as Lead Character in Movie 'Bean Sprout'

Actor Lee Ki Woo will play the lead character in a new movie, 'Bean Sprout.'

The new movie will be Lee Ki Woo's comeback to the big screens after a 2-year hiatus from the film industry since his last work in 2011, 'Our Neighbor's Crime.'

'Bean Sprout' is about a man who loses his dearly-loved wife and is left in this world with his young daughter. Lee Ki Woo will play the dejected husband yet strong-willed father who attempts to live on despite the overwhelming sadness from the loss of his wife.  
Lee Ki Woo recently completed his role as a genius pathologist in drama, 'The Virus' and is set to begin shooting in June.
