Sistar ranks the top on a number of music charts

Sistar recently ranked the top on a number of music charts, toppling Busker Busker.
Sistar’s new single, titled “Me Alone” ranked first in major music sites, including Melon, Mnet, and Soribada. The single was released on April 12 and set the record on the same day. The previous day’s topper, “Cherry Blossom Ending” by Busker Busker ranked second.
Having hit it big with the singles “Push Push,” “Shady Girl,” “So Cool,” “Ma Boy,” and others, the K-pop hit maker rules the music charts at the moment with “Alone.” The song is a retro-dance genre, which displays Sistar’s new style.
The group worked on this album with composer Brave Brothers again. The hit-maker group and the hit-producer have been working together since the group’s debut.
A representative of Starship Entertainment says, “Brave Brothers wrote a song of new style for Sistar. The song features addictive, dreamlike melodies and harmonizes the sound of the piano and the guitar, which is expected to cause a sensation in K-pop.
Coming out after an eight-month hiatus, Sistar is to hold a showcase on April 12. The showcase is to stream live to 41 countries through YouTube.
