Big Bang Adds Tokyo Concert to Japan Five-Dome Tour

As the first foreign artist to launch a Japan 5 Dome tour for two years in a row, Big Bang has confirmed to extend the upcoming tour with a Tokyo dome concert.

After adding three concerts to take place in Osaka’s Kyocera Dome on January 16, 17 and 18 in 2015, Big Bang decided to add in another performance in Tokyo Dome on Christmas, October 25.

Big Bang’s Japan dome tour titled Big Bang Japan Dome Tour 2014~2015 will begin in Nagoya Dome on November 15 and 16, continuing in Kyocera Dome Osaka on November 20, 21, 22, and 23, Fukuoka Yafuoku Dome on December 6, 7, Sapporo Dome on December 20, Tokyo Dome on December 25, 26, and 27 and Kyocera Dome on January 16, 17, and 18, gathering 741,000 fans for 15 concerts taking place in five cities around the country.

Big Bang’s G-Dragon stated, “The members have been anticipating to meet the fans through this year’s Japan Dome Tour. We’re preparing hard in order to present stages more powerful than last year, so please anticipate.”

Following Winner, which staged the opening performance for Big Bang’s Japan dome tour last year, the seven members of YG’s new boy group iKON selected through Mix & Match, will be taking over the opening stage of the upcoming dome tour.

Meanwhile, Big Bang will be releasing a best album on November 26 in celebration of its upcoming 5-dome tour, which will contain 50 of its representative songs.
