Gong Yoo’s comic action in the KBS’s new series Big

National heartthrob Gong Yoo was recently spotted sneaking, holding his blushed face, through stills from a series.
Gong Yoo appears in the series Big, which is slated to air early this June, as a Seo Yoon Jae. Seo is a doctor in his thirties with a soul of teenager Kang Kyung Joon.
The souls of the two were swapped by an accident through super natural power. Seo with the teenager’s body finds out the hospital Kang with Seo’s body is being treated. Interestingly, the hospital was the place he worked for before the accident.
The hospitalized doctor with the soul of the teenager (played by Gong Yoo) keeps showing unpredictable behaviors—covering his face with his hands to hide himself, covering his face with the shirt he’s wearing, and others. In the end, Kil Da Ran, played by Lee Min Jeong, gives him an earful, saying stop being foolish.
“Gong Yoo has been truly devoted himself to the series. He has lost some weight and very prudent about choosing the right clothes for his character. I think he is perfect at playing a comic character,” a source from the production company said.
The series Big is about romance between a perfect guy with a teenager soul and an extremely shy teacher and is to begin airing on KBS2 early in July.
