Recently, SS501’s Park Jung Min has applied for provisional disposition to invalidate an exclusive contract with his agency, claiming that it has not kept listed terms and conditions.
Park showed his clear stance when he applied for an injunction at the Seoul Central District Court to cancel the validity of his contract with his former agency, CNR Media.
He has been engaged in a struggle with CNR Media about distributing proportion of his profit, and the conflict grew more serious last month.
Park claimed, “We agreed to keep the proportion to 8:2 for domestic activities and 5:5 for the ones overseas. But besides paying me 150 million won last year, they did not pay me enough regarding the contract.”
As a matter of fact, Park already left his agency; however, because his contract with his former agency is not officially expired, Park is kept from signing a contract with another agency.
