SNSD-Tae Ti Seo rank fourth on U.S. iTunes Album Chart

Tae Ti Seo, the first unit group from SNSD, became the first Korean singing group to rank fourth on U.S. iTunes Album Chart.
Released on April 29 on iTunes, Tae Ti Seo’s Twinkle immediately ranked fourth on U.S. iTunes. This is the first time for a Korean singing group to enter the top five of the chart.
The album also ranked second on U.S. iTunes Pop Album Chart after Adele. This is also the best ranking for a Korean singing group. Besides, Tae Ti Seo are globally attracting attention, entering the upper ranks of the charts in Japan, Canada, Australia, U.K., and Spain.
The response from the domestic fans is also enthusiastic. “Twinkle” is currently topping such online charts as Melon and Naver Music.
The members’ teaser videos, which were released one by one on YouTube, received over ten million hits on April 29. The number of hits was achieved only in four days after they were released. The teaser videos also ranked first and second on The Most Watched Video on the day they were released.
SNSD-Tae Ti Seo will give their comeback performance on Mnet’s M Countdown on May 3.
