MBLAQ’s G.O. postpones the album release of his unit group

The album release of MBLAQ’s unit group of G.O. and Mir has been postponed.

On April 27, a spokesperson for MBLAQ said, “As G.O. was recently cast in the drama series Ghost, he cannot release a unit album with Mir. We’ll have to see but the album release will probably be after the drama series goes off the air.”

G.O recently showed a great performance in SBS TV’s sitcom series Salamander Guru and the Gang. As his performance was so realistic, he immediately attracted the viewers’ attention, and this led him to be cast in the drama series Ghost. G.O. was cast in the role of Lee Tae Gyun, a specially recruited cyber investigator.

J. Tune Camp, MBLAQ’s agency says, “We wanted to put top priority on the album release of the unit group because we’ve already finished recording the lead track. However, we also thought MBLAQ can show new potential and charms by acting in drama series. We’ll amplify the quality of the unit group’s new album and give it to the fans.”

MBLAQ will hold their first concert tour in Asia, titled The BLAQ% Tour, starting from Indonesia on June 30.
