On April 4, a post under the title of “IU said she weighs 44 kg on her fan cafe” was uploaded on an online community board.

This post shows IU’s answers to her fans on her fan cafe. One of her fans asks, “You’re not over 160cm tall, right?” and she says, “I’m 161.8 cm.” Another fan asks how much she weighs and she said, “I’m 44kg.” Her height and weight are very similar to those of Kim Phil Sook, which she played in KBS 2TV’s drama seriesDream High.
