CNBlue’s Jung Yong Hwa calls himself “Wandonam”: What does he mean by that?

Recently, CNBlue’s Jung Yong Hwa has confessed that he is Wandonam.

In a recent shooting for MBC’s music program Show Champion on April 10, Jung startled his fans by calling himself Wandonam.

Jung explained, “Wandonam is abbreviation for an ‘absolutely haughty man.’ I want to hear something refreshing besides you look ‘great’ or ‘cool.’”

His serious, but random sense of humor made his fans laugh, and they found this new term “Jung Yong Hwa=Wandonam” amusing.

When Jung revealed that he prefers to be heard as a “haughty man,” fans gave off various reactions. Some fans say, “Wandonam! By just hearing this word, it doesn’t sound haughty at all.” “He’s hilarious. It reminds me of Wandokim (a brand name of dried seaweed).”
