1,200 fans gather up to meet Big Bang in Taiwan

Big Bang received hearty cheers when they first visited Taiwan after their debut.
On April 9, Big Bang visited Taiwan to promote their fifth mini album, Alive. 1,200 fans gathered up and heated up the Taipei International Airport with their hearty cheers.
On the afternoon of April 10, Big Bang’s agency, YG Entertainment, revealed to Starnews, “Many local fans gathered up to see Big Bang’s first visit to Taiwan. This is the first time that 1,200 people gathered up to see a foreign star.”
Big Bang proved their popularity by massing up a great number of fans. Each of the members responded to their fervent responses with warm greetings.
Big Bang also heard good news. According to Warner Music, who is in charge of distributing Big Bang’s music in Taiwan, Big Bang’s album, Alive, achieved double platinum. Not only that, the album ranked first place as the most K pop album sold on G-Music and Five Music.
Big Bang held a press conference and promotion, and spent some time with the fans. A birthday party was held to congratulate Daesung whose birthday was March 26, and many fans warmly welcomed Big Bang who visited Taiwan for the first time.
Big Bang plans to promote themselves more in Vietnam, and other countries in Asia.
