In the episode of KBS 2TV’s Immortal Songs 2 that will air on March 3, contestants are going to battle with hit songs composed by Park Chun Suk to commemorate the second anniversary of his death.
At the shoot, Tae Min performed Silver Bell Sisters’ “Mapo Terminal,” a song released in 1967.
Tae Min, who were born in 1993, said, “I felt a little bit weird because it was a song released even before I was born. But I arranged it for the swing style. Although I won last week, I want to win this week, again.”
On the stage, Tae Min attracted the audiences with a fresh performance, showing off his fancy dance and great singing ability.
Instead of Park Chun Suk, broadcaster Lee Sang Byuk and music critic Kang Heon, who used to be Kim’s friends, sat on the legendary seats and watched the singers’ performances.
After watching Tae Min’s performance, Kang said, “You made ‘Mapo Terminal’ very fancy. It was the fanciest of all performances I’ve watched on Immortal Songs 2.” It will air on March 3 at 6.15 p.m.
