CNBlue’s hot comeback to the Korean music scene is making waves worldwide. The four-man band had just released their third mini-album “Ear Fun” on March 26, with the launch of its title track “Hey You” on CNBlue’s official YouTube channel. A week before the official album launch, another track “Still in Love” was revealed via YouTube, and has hit one million views in three days.
CNBlue is only beginning full-fledged promotional activities, but has built up momentum from the attention of fans from the United States, Mexico, Chile, Australia, Brazil and other countries around the world. This achievement proves how CNBlue is shaping up to be an influential band.
Local news agencies report on the enthusiastic response from worldwide fans. Spanish-speaking fans commented, “CNBlue is better than Maroon 5!” “They will be a world-class performer,” “Completely sexy” and such.
Some drew comparisons to the legendary group The Beatles, calling CNBlue the “Beatles of Korea.” Among the glowing reviews are “CNBlue is definitely Korea’s Beatles in terms of talent and great music,” “They’re talented enough to be considered Korea’s Beatles,” and “CNBlue is like the Asian Beatles.”
CNBlue is currently doing the rounds of the music shows to promote “Ear Fun,” beginning with Mnet’s “M! Countdown.”
