On February 14, Wonder Girls’ Ye Eun revealed “Hello To Myself” via major music-download sites. The song will be played as a background music for KBS’s currently airing drama series Dream High 2.
“Hello To Myself” is a rich alternative rock with hopeful lyrics in which a young woman who feels the stern realities of life talks with her future self who successfully achieved her dream. The uplifting rhythm and lyrics will definitely arouse empathy from young people.
As soon as released, Ye Eun’s new song vaulted to upper ranks on such music sites. Park Jin Young, president of Wonder Girls’ agency, had given an advance notice of this release by tweeting: “I still feel Ye Eun as a promising new singer, but she wrote a song. I’m proud of her. It will be unveiled at midnight tonight.”
