This announcement was released by the Thai event organizers. They have also stated they are trying to find a way to reschedule the events rather than cancel them outright. Though right now the country is in mourning after the King’s passing, so a lot has been cancelled/postponed in respect to this time:

(Due to the passing on of King Bhumibol Adulyadej on 13 Oct, all entertainment activities will be on halt from 14 Oct. And so 2016 BIG BANG MADE [V.I.P] TOUR IN BANGKOK which suppose to be held on 29 and 30 Oct will be cancelled.)
