It has been decided that BIG BANG will be holding an additional concert for their Japan Dome Tour.
They were to have two additional concerts in Fukuoka on February 6 and 7. Recently, it has been decided that they will also be holding an additional concert in Tokyo on February 23.
BIG BANG’s Japan Dome Tour titled “BIG BANG 2015 World Tour ~2016[MADE] IN JAPAN” kicked off with a concert at the Tokyo Dome on November 12.
BIG BANG is the first foreign artist to have dome tours for three years in a row. Starting off their third dome tour, BIG BANG held concerts in Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka in November. They will be holding concerts at the Nagoya Dome on the upcoming December 5-6, at the Kyocera Dome in Osaka on January 9-11, and at the Fukuoka Yafuoku! Dome on February 6-7.
Originally, BIG BANG was to hold 16 concerts in four cities and draw 801,000 people. With the recently added concert in Tokyo, they will be performing 17 concerts before 856,000 people for their third Japan Dome Tour. The number of audience is bigger than that of BIG BANG’s last dome tour “BIG BANG JAPAN DOME TOUR 2013~2014”, which consisted of 16 concerts in six cities and drew 771,000 people.
In addition, for their Japanese fans, BIG BANG will release an album titled “MADE SERIES”, which is consisted of eleven tracks: the Japanese versions of “LOSER”, “BANG BANG BANG”, and “IF YOU” along with eight original Korean versions of their “MADE” album singles. They have not released a Japanese version song for three years and eight months since “MONSTER” in June 2012.
Meanwhile, demonstrating that they are indeed the greatest singer of the year 2015, BIG BANG won four awards, including the Artist of the Year award and the Song of the Year award, at the 2015 Mnet Asian Music Awards held in Hong Kong on December 2.
