Big Mama’s Lee Young Hyun releases her first solo album, ‘PLUS+’

Singer Lee Young Hyun of ‘Big Mama‘ who is acknowledged as one of the most powerful vocalists in the country has released ‘PLUS+‘, her first formal album in three years after her 2009 mini-album, ‘Take It‘. This new album is her first full-length solo album since debuting in 2003, and she has actively participated in putting the project together over the last three years.

She titled her album ‘PLUS+’ in an effort to show the public her musical talents PLUS her passion, years of experience and hard effort, PLUS an independent side of her that she veiled when she was promoting as a group.

Lee Young Hyun’s first formal album is a highly perfected album that displays the time put into it, as well as her musical competence.

Two of the songs the singer personally wrote have been selected as the title tracks. “Time” is one which discloses the singer’s trademark musical colors and emotional deliverance, while the sad lyrics of “Little Too Far Away From Me” paired with Lee Young Hyun’s clear voice is sure to touch the hearts of every listener.

All in all, fans will be able to relate with all ten songs on the album. Through these songs, the public will get to see the world through Lee Young Hyun’s eyes and heart as she sings of breakups, love, friendship, and more.
