IU and Secret win two prizes at the GAON K-pop Awards

The first GAON K-pop Awards was held on February 22 in downtown Seoul.

At the ceremony, singers were awarded prizes by computing the objective total of the officially recorded GAON chart.

Not to mention singers, prize winners include record producers, distributors, online service suppliers, performers, songwriters, lyric writers, choreographers and stylists.

As for the monthly best singer category, Secret (January and June) and IU (February and December) were awarded twice.
