CNBLUE performed at Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand on February 25th for their ‘BLUESTORM‘ Asia tour.
The group was originally scheduled to hold their solo concert in Thailand on November 19th of last year, but the event was postponed due to the massive floods in Thailand. At the concert on the 25th, CNBLUE performed their hit songs, “I’m a Loner,” “Love,” “Intuition,” and “Love Girl“, in addition to other songs to round out the setlist total to 24 songs. In particular, their Japanese singles “In My Head” and “Where You Are” drew a hot response from the some 10,000 fans that packed the arena.
Additionally, CNBLUE revealed at a press conference held the day before the concert, that after they had heard of the devastation the floods had caused, they auctioned off outfits they had worn for the entire month of December. All proceeds from this auction would be donated to the Princess Pa Foundation (Thai Red Cross Society) to help aid the victims of the floods.
After the concert was over, CNBLUE stated, “We were so sorry to hear about the Thai floods that postponed our concert, so we worked hard to try to make this concert something that could comfort the citizens of Thailand who suffered from the flood.” They added, “We hope that our donation can give even a little bit of hope to the victims of the flood, and help in the recovery efforts.”
CNBLUE’s next stop for their Asia tour is Taiwan, and they are busy preparing a new album for their Korean comeback.
