The rookie hip-hop group Block B shares its feelings about coming out in six months.
Block B’s Zico, Taeil, B-Bomb, Jaehyo, U-Kwon, Park Kyung, and P.O held a press conferment celebrating the release of their second mini-album Welcome to the Block on February 1 at Heart Hall in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul.
Park Kyung said, “I’m so nervous at the moment, but as we enjoy being on stage, I don’t worry. The album reflects Block B’s unique color 90%. I hope you like it.”
Leader Zico said, “The title song ‘Nanrina’ has our ambitions that this industry will ‘Nanrina’ (means ‘go crazy’ in Korean) when we come out. The album is composed of six songs, and we have worked hard on reflecting each member’s distinguishing character in them.”
Since its début, Block B has been gathering popularity for being Cho PD’s “idol” group. About 30,000 copies of their second mini-album were sold out in advance, and their limited edition as well as regular album are both ranked on first and third on music charts, building expectations among their fans.
The music video of “Nanrina” will be released at midnight of February 2.
