According to some music industry officials, a new album from YG Entertainment is about to be released. It hasn’t been confirmed whether it’s a single or a full album.
Since YG likes surprises, this comeback is veiled in mystery. It has been known that GD&TOP has a scheduled ‘Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook’ recording on KBS2. A staff carefully said, “If GD&TOP is recording Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook rather than other special end-of-year performances, wouldn’t that be a sign for a comeback?”
However, a music distributor commented, “We can’t check on a release date of an album without the permission of the agency of the artists. They may or may not release an album. Nothing has been confirmed.”
