Actor Kim Soo Hyun has been a CF King since his hit drama ‘The Moon That Embraces the Sun‘. Already having earned an estimate of over 8 billion KRW (6.8 million USD) with his 17 CF gigs, Kim Soo Hyun has added one more to the list.
Kim Soo Hyun is currently the model for Samsung‘s Series 9 laptops, but on May 30th, Samsung Electronics revealed that Kim Soo Hyun has also been chosen to model their upcoming smart printers.
A representative said, ”Kim Soo Hyun is the first to model for two products simultaneously. As both the notebook and printer are products of the IT solution division, we expect a positive synergy effect.”
The company has sought the help of other actors for their printer line in the past like actress Jun Ji Hyun and Kim Tae Hee, and hopes to regain their footing in their printer sales with Kim Soo Hyun’s help.
A Samsung representative stated, ”Our printer ads were once up-and-running but lately it has been falling back. We plan to attack the market once again with Kim Soo Hyun as our new model.”
