TEEN TOP's Changjo spilled tears upon listening to a fan read her letter to him.

The video of the touching moment was shared online and showed Changjo listening to a fan reading her letter to him and being unable to stop himself from crying as he grabs a tissue to wipe away his tears.

T.O.P. Media stated, "Changjo was so touched by how his Japanese fan read the letter in Korean that he spilled tears."
