SBS new variety show 'Super Match' begins and MBC's 'Final Adventure' comes to an end

It's finally the weekend, which means a night off to relax and sit back to watch your favorite TV show! But which variety show did most viewers tune in to on Friday?

According to AGB Nielsen Media Research, the August 16th broadcast of SBS' 'Laws of the Jungle' stayed strong with a 16.5% viewer rating, which is a 0.8% decrease from its previous viewer rating of 17.3%, maintaining its title as the king of Friday variety shows.

KBS 2TV's 'VJ Special Forces' came in 2nd with a 9.0% viewer rating, while fellow KBS 2TV variety show 'Love and War 2' came in 3rd with a 8.3% viewer rating. The hunky bachelors couldn't keep MBC's 'I Live Alone' from dropping to a 6.7% viewer rating. 

MBC's 'Final Adventure' never got to see the light of day in the ratings department and came to an end with its final broadcast achieving 2.7%. Following 'Thank You's cancellation, SBS' 'Super Match' kicked off with a 5.2% viewer rating.
