Lee Hi Appears as a Special Guest on ‘Thank You’

As one lucky rookie, Lee Hi had the opportunity to sing with veteran singer, Lee Moon Sae.

In a recent recording of SBS’ Thank You, Lee Hi appeared as a surprise guest to meet Lee Moon Sae, whom she’s respected for a long time.

With Lee Moon Sae previously stating in a program that he wants to collaborate with Lee Hi, the staff of Thank You made it happen by inviting Lee Hi to the program.

The special appearance was kept top secret, genuinely surprising Lee Moon Sae when Lee Hi appeared before his eyes. Lee Hi was able to receive good advice from the veteran singer, who has been singing for 30 years.

Lee Hi then sang Lee Moon Sae’s famed song, Whistle in her own colors, later joined by Lee Moon Sae, creating a beautiful harmony.

Ha Ji Won, who was also a guest on the show, sent messages of support for the young singer as well.

The episode will air on May 3.
