Psy joins SISTAR19 and Leessang in achieving the Instiz Chart All-Kill recognition for 2013. An Instiz certified all-kill (“AK”) occurs when an individual song sweeps all of South Korea’s major music charts simultaneously placing first on both the real-time and daily charts.
Having thoroughly and completely owned the online music charts in Korea since its release, this All-Kill was almost inevitable.

That’s not all, the music video has racked up over 6.9 Million Youtube views in the past 13 hours, which is just simply astounding.
Psy now holds the record for most Youtube views in a single day for a K-pop singer. Second place goes to Girls’ Generation’s “I Got a Boy” which raked in 3.5 Million views on the day of its release. However, he will have to gather another 1.1+ million views in the next 12 hours to beat current record holder, Justin Bieber, whose music video for “Boyfriend“ received 8 Million views on the day of its release.
