The overwhelming excitement of his accomplishments brings tears to Psy's eyes during his concert from feeling grateful for his life.
April 13, Psy's exclusive concert "Happening" kicked off to a start at 6PM local time at the World Cup Stadium in Seoul.
Psy performed in front of approximately 50,000 fans who attended the "Happening" Concert 2013. During the concert, Psy unveiled the music video of his brand new song "Gentleman" and performed the song live for the very first time.
As soon as the song "Gentleman" was released Friday, April 12, the song stole the no.1 spot on 9 different music charts in Korea.
At one point during the concert, Psy performed in the air while flying through the stadium to get closer to his audience who were far away from the stage. While he performs the song "Goose's Dream", Psy became very emotional and tears appeared in his eyes.
The lyrics of the song "Goose's Dream" contain lyrics that say, "I had a dream. Even after a day of being torn apart, I had a dream that I always kept deep inside my heart like a piece of treasure." The song is about a dream that motivates a person to keep pursuing it. Psy seemed to have chosen this song because the lyrics apply to his personal experience so well.
Ever since his first debut, Psy experienced a lot of difficulties while steadily following his path. The lyrics also say, "Someday, I will be able to fly through the sky. This world can't tie me down."
Psy successfully wrapped up his "Happening" concert and is scheduled to leave Korea a week later to continue his dream.
