Daehangno Cultural Development Committee (DCDC) appointed the mixed group F1RST as their honorary ambassadors on April 2nd at Daehangno Arts Theater 3. Daehangno is Korea’s performing arts capital and also the home of many homegrown Korean celebrities.
Mixed group F1RST is composed of 4 males (Racoon, Jung Hoon, Han Saem and DO A) and 3 females (Sulhee, Jenny and Minkyung) coming from different professional backgrounds. The event also became a ‘Thank You’ mini-concert of the group to people who continuously support them. Their official fan club BLISS and the members’ relatives and friends were especially invited to the said event.
For the first time since their debut, the group performed all of their singles (You Like Me I Like You, Ma Ma My, Where You At) in one stage. The group also showcased powerful dance performances and flaunted their singing prowess.
According to one of F1RST’s trainers, “I train them but instead of me teaching I think I’ve learned more from them. I know them group has a lot of potential, they’re very talented and their personalities are good. So it’s really sad that these potentials are underrated…”
The star-studded event was hosted by Jo Yeon Gu with special performances from Korea’s very own internationally acclaimed B-Boy team MB Crew (Racoon is a member of this team), rapper R.P and singer Cheon YuNa (F1RST vocal trainer).
