DSP Media to produce a new boy group

DSP Media, which have produced Sechs Kies and SS501, is producing a new boy group in five years.

This septet boy group is currently preparing for their debut in May through MBC Music’s reality show Making the Star – DSP Boys (working title).

This boy group is attracting wide attention now as DSP have only produced girl groups such as KARA and Rainbow for a while.

The group already has its group name and it will be unveiled along with the members’ faces and profiles. The date to unveil the information hasn’t been decided yet.

DSP produced the boy group based on the company’s philosophy, which aims at producing idol groups that are visually attractive. Having produced Sechs Kies, Click-B, and SS501, DSP plans to continue its tradition with this new boy group.

A teaser video of MBC Music’s Making the Star – DSP Boys will be uploaded on DSP Media’s official YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/user/DSP) on April 2.
