Big Bang’s TOP appeared on stage as the presenter during the 48th Baeksang Arts Awards ceremony on April 26 at Seoul Olympic Stadium. This year’s winner for the ‘Best New Movie Actress’ was Suzy. Suzy is seen wearing a pure white tube top mini dress showing off her goddess like beauty. TOP who also was on stage to present the stage seemed to be smitten by Suzy as he wasn’t able to take his eyes off of her.
