The second winner of Super Star K2’s John Park honestly confesses his feelings regarding his long hiatus before the actual release of an upcoming album.
On the episode of KBS 2TV’s Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook, which aired on March 2, John was asked, “Weren’t you worried because Heo Gak and Jang Jae In debuted during your long-term preparation time?” He started the conversation by saying, “At first I was.”
He continued, “I wanted to release the album as soon as possible, but as I prepared the album I began to like the waiting time. I was happy during the preparations. My agency especially helped me by introducing good teachers and not giving me pressure.”
He said that tried to broaden his musical knowledge and added, “I now treat music in a whole different way. I want to be a singer songwriter. I’m gaining more confidence because my album will be released soon. It means so much.”
Besides John Park, Kim Kyung Ho, Ji Hyun Woo, and Ailee appeared on the program.
