Dalshabet’s agency recently said that they feel morally responsible for the group’s fans committing assault.
Dalshabet held a surprise fan meeting after they appeared on SBS’s Inkigayo on January 29 and invited over 50 fans.
Even though the fan meeting was successful, several fans, who were on their way home, got into a fight each other.
A spokesperson for the group says, “We heard that they got into a fight secondhand. Since it happened after the fan meeting, we are utterly at a loss how to smooth things over. But since it happened between our fans, we feel morally responsible for it and we decided to pay medical fee for the victim.”
One of the fans named A attended the fan meeting and started arguing with a person named B on their way home. Then B brought friends and assaulted A.
Police officers checked the nearby CCTV cameras and booked 4 people, who assaulted A, without detention. A also assaulted them but since they didn’t want to punish A, the case was brought to a conclusion as no authority of prosecution.
A, however, complained of an injustice and wrote the case on several online communities and social networks. As a result, the police decided to re-investigate the case on February 25.
