Jang Keun Suk, the Asia Prince, is treated as the most valuable model in Greater China, in addition to Japan.
Recently, Jang is selected as a model for a fruit drink of the most influential brand in Greater China, Uni-President Enterprises Corporation.
The Uni-President Enterprises Corporation is the biggest investment food production company in China that has relatively high level of awareness in East and Southeast Asia. It was also selected as the most influential company in Greater China in 2011.
As living up to its highly praised reputation, the company hired only famous celebrities in China for its fruit drink commercial. The previous model was actress and singer Zhou Xun, who is known to be on top 3 actresses in China.
A staff of the fruit drink company says, “Jang Keun Suk is the most popular celebrity in Asia, and he has what we were looking for from a model: the style that people aged 18 to 24 find attractive and the inner beauty. His charms are more than enough to communicate with consumers as a model, and we are already looking forward to the effect that he will make on commercial.”
In the meantime, Jang formed a unit group with his music partner Big Brother and is to release a Japanese mini-album Lounge H The First Impression on March 21. Also, he recently held a free concert aiming his official Japanese fan clubs and 4,000 fans made it through the actual concert, beating the competition ratio 12:1. The concert was successful with 220,000 other fans attending live.
