JYJ's Park Yu Chun, Fined in Violation of the Ships Safety Act?

It has been reported that JYJ's member Park Yu Chun was questioned as a testifier for violations regarding the Ships Safety Act.

Through a TV report and a phone conversation on January 26, the regional coast guard representative shared, "Park Yu Chun was not charged. He served as a testifier for an investigation on the management company he has entrusted his personal yacht."

On the same day, YTN reported Park Yu Chun's did not get his yacht tested for safety, so he was charged for violating the Ships Safety Act.

In response to this, a representative at Park Yu Chun's agency commented, "We are in the process of finding out what's going on. We will get back to you as soon as we find out."

According to Article 89 of the Ships Safety Act, people who do not have justifiable reasons for not getting their vessels checked for safety will be fined up to 2,000,000 won.
