Bae Doo Na transforms into a human clone in Hollywood movie

A picture of Bae Doo Na, which was taken while she was shooting a Hollywood movie, was recently released.
On December 27, the movie Cloud Atlas completed shooting and released stills. Bae played the lead role, a human clone living in Seoul in 2144.
Bae says, “I learned many things. Since it was a meaningful and exciting experience, I feel sad about finishing my scenes in the movie.”
“I taught Korean to Halle Berry because she had to wear an Asian disguise and speak Korean in the movie. I was surprised that she spoke Korean with accurate pronunciation and accent. I also taught the Korean word ‘Daebak’ (great) to director Wachowski and he used that word every time he said okay to a scene. It was very fun.”
The movie finished shooting on December 22 in Berlin, Germany. The shoot lasted for 18 weeks.
The movie is based on David Mitchell’s novel, which was published in 2004 and received many literary awards. It includes six stories from the nineteenth century to the future.
Besides Bae, many famous movie stars, including, Hugh Grant, Halle Berry, Jim Sturgess, and more will appear in the movie. The movie, which cost about 120 million dollars to make, will be released in the second half of 2012.
