Putting on a hilarious performance, Sung Si Kyung, known for his soothing ballads, parodied Big Bang′s Bae Bae.
On May 25, Sung Si Kyung held the last day of his concert, 2015 Sung Si Kyung′s Congratulatory Song, where a fan managed to capture one of his performances on camera.
The fancam showed a parody music video of Big Bang′s Bae Bae with Sung Si Kyung dressing up as each of the Big Bang members and dancing along to the beat. He eventually appeared on stage, keeping in character of the Big Bang members, even passing out ricecakes to the fans in the audience.
Big Bang′s Seungri, who watched the fancam, then tweeted on his Twitter on May 26 for everyone to see.
′RUNNING MAN′ PD SHARES HOW BIG BANG DID IN RECENT FILMING
How was the recording of Running Man with the Big Bang members who returned as a whole in three years?
On May 25, Big Bang filmed SBS Running Man in Inje of the Gangwondo province. It′s been three years since the group as a whole appeared on Running Man in 2013. With just the news that Big Bang will be appearing on the show, viewers are already quite excited.
In a phone call with Newsen, Running Man PD, Lim Hyung Taek stated, “I didn′t know that the Big Bang members were this competitive. They showed so much fervor for the missions that we actually hoped they would talk more instead.”
The Running Man members also happily greeted the Big Bang members. Lim Hyung Taek PD stated, “The members treated Big Bang in a respectful manner. They continued to compliment Big Bang, asking how they do everything well.”
“The Big Bang members did really well. T.O.P especially didn′t switch out during a mission, where member substitution was allowed, and went through with it until the end. The staff was quite surprised,” said the PD. “Daesung will also come out adorable in the charms that he showed during Family Outing.”
Running Man′s Big Bang special will have missions based on a fiction story about time slip. The episode is expected to air June 7.
BIG BANG PREPARES FOR THEIR JUNE RELEASE
While BIG BANG’s “Loser” has been taking over all music charts for the whole month of May, it has been revealed that their upcoming track, scheduled to be released on June 1st, will have a strong and upbeat tempo like the group’s previous songs “Lies” and “Fantastic Baby”.
According to media officials, if “Loser” and “Bae Bae” were appetizers in a full-course meal that stimulated the tastebuds of fans with their emotional and sensitive genre, then BIG BANG’s new and upcoming song would be the main dish that excites fans and makes them want to jump up and dance.
While BIG BANG had filmed for their newest music video over the recent national holiday, staff members of the film production team have revealed slight details regarding the new song, saying, “It’s a song that will make you think of ‘Lies’ and ‘Fantastic Baby’.” In the words of a third party music industry official, BIG BANG’s new song actually has a faster and fiercer beat than “Fantastic Baby”.
What makes this upcoming track even more special is that a globally-recognized female choreographer named Parris Goebel has participated in the preparation of the song herself. Goebel can also be seen in the music video with BIG BANG once it is officially released. YG Entertainment staff revealed that CEO Yang Hyun Suk had insisted on personally recruiting Parris Goebel to help aid in the growth of BIG BANG’s worldwide domination.
